Doyle Brunson has said that Eric Seidel is the only prof. poker player he has ever known to not go broke. He is very consistant and has good bankroll management. You would think at least one other pro out there would have both of those traits, but I see how Doyle is probably right. Its a tough career choice in a lot of ways...

Its amazing the money that is in poker these days and some of these guys still go broke. I think the only difference between them and us is that they have the money to blow and spend on big entries and in huge cahs games. That and the fact they are good/

In our world:

Erik Seidel = Funk
Mike Matusow = Nat X

I'm not sure if any big name player is married to someone who makes bank and he is their secretary but if so obviously that person would = Lemon

It sort of makes the following true;

Lemon = Jennifer Tilley

Don't insult Jennifer Tilly like that.

As I wrote in a newer blog...

Erik Seidel is in the middle of one of the hottest streaks in recent poker history. He just took first place in the NBC Heads Up Poker Championship, taking in the 1st place prize pool of $750 000. This brings his year to date tournament winnings to $4 340 000 after raking in $3.59 million in January and February.
